We're looking for a Junior Content Manager who's detail-oriented, comfortable working with AI tools, and interested in growing in content management.

What You'll Be Doing (Junior Content Manager)
Working with different AI tools for research, content structuring, translation, text-related tasks, and routine processes.
Publishing and updating content across websites.
Adding and editing texts, images, tables, links, and other page elements.
Working with WordPress, other CMS platforms, and HTML-based websites.
Formatting content according to existing guidelines, templates, and technical requirements.
Updating existing pages based on prepared briefs and tasks.
Checking published content for errors and correct display.
Working with multilingual content and supporting the preparation of localized page versions.
Keeping track of content tasks, statuses, and material updates.
SEO & Content Support
Applying basic on-page optimization according to prepared SEO recommendations.
Working with Title, Description, H1H6, Alt tags, and other basic page elements.
Checking keyword usage according to SEO briefs.
Adding and updating internal links based on provided recommendations.
Checking content structure and formatting from both user experience and SEO perspectives.
Collaborating with SEO specialists when creating and updating pages.
Quality Control
Checking content for spelling, grammar, and factual errors.
Verifying links, images, tables, and other page elements.
Checking how pages display after publication.
Identifying outdated, duplicated, or incorrect content.
Fixing simple issues independently and escalating more complex ones to the relevant specialists.
Analytics & Reporting
Maintaining spreadsheets with content tasks and statuses.
Preparing simple reports on completed content activities.
Tracking the number of published and updated materials.
Identifying obvious content issues and communicating them to the responsible team member.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Good understanding of AI tools and ability to use them for research, information structuring, text-related tasks, translation, and routine content work.
Strong written Russian.
English at A2+ level or higher for working with English-language content, translations, international sources, and documentation.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic understanding of how websites and CMS platforms work.
Confidence with Google Docs / Google Sheets or similar tools.
Ability to follow briefs, instructions, and predefined templates.
Strong research and information-structuring skills.
Ability to identify and independently fix obvious content issues.
Basic HTML knowledge enough to read and perform simple content formatting.
Comfortable working with large volumes of repetitive tasks.
Willingness to learn and grow professionally in content management.
Bonus Points
6+ months of experience as a Content Manager or in a similar role.
Previous experience working with content in iGaming or other highly competitive industries.
Experience with content translation and localization.
