Responsibilities
Prepare and assign design briefs to in-house designers and external creative teams using existing templates.
Monitor deadlines and track the progress of creative tasks.
Conduct initial quality control of finished creatives: check technical specifications, dimensions, languages, and grammatical accuracy.
Track and maintain records of tasks assigned to external vendors.
Collect source files and clarify requirements for creating creative variations.
Organize completed creatives in the database and maintain consistent file naming and structure.
Upload ready promotional packs to the shared repository and hand over assets to media buyers.
Monitor the launch status of prepared promotional materials on a weekly basis.
Ensure all creative materials are properly prepared, documented, and available for further use.

Requirements
Experience working with Asana and Google Sheets.
Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini to optimize daily workflows and increase efficiency.
Basic working knowledge of Figma and FigJam for reviewing creatives, adjusting formats, and creating simple presentations.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with creative materials.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and external vendors simultaneously.
Basic understanding of digital creative production workflows.
Ability to work independently and follow established processes and templates.
