We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Finance Manager to join our team. The role will focus on daily banking reconciliation, client invoicing, server/IT resource
tracking, and cross-functional communication with internal teams.
You will play a key role in maintaining accurate operational records, ensuring timely client payments, and keeping our server movement data fully synchronized with billing.

Key Responsibilities
Bank Operations & Reconciliation: Process, reconcile, and record daily bank statements into the accounting system.
Invoicing & Billing: Issue client invoices accurately, monitor payment schedules, and control timely payment arrivals.
IT Resource & Server Tracking: Monitor server movement across data centers (tracking activations, deactivations, replacements, and client plan changes) to ensure correct billing for services.
Team Interaction: Maintain active and prompt communication with managers and technical teams to gather and update operational data.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and strict adherence to payment and billing deadlines.
Support monthly and annual financial closing processes

Requirements
Experience: 12+ years of experience in finance, operational accounting, working with bank statements, primary documentation, and invoicing.
Core Finance Skills: Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
FP&A & Processes: Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, with the ability to develop and improve financial processes, controls, and reporting procedures.
Technical Skills: Proficient Google Sheets user (ability to work efficiently with spreadsheets, basic formulas, filters, and large amounts of data).
Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Language Proficiency: English level: Pre-Intermediate (A2) or higher.
Self-Organization: High self-organization with the ability to manage your workday independently and complete tasks accurately without constant supervision.
Deadline Discipline: Strict deadline discipline and a deep understanding of the importance of deadlines (timely invoicing and prompt bank reconciliation are top priorities).
Attention to Detail: High precision when working with financial and technical details, paired with a proactive mindset and initiative.
Teamwork: Team Player with strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams and account/sales managers.
