The opportunity
Start or grow your career in iGaming CRM by helping deliver player communication and retention campaigns. You will work with the practical details that make campaigns effective: accurate segments, clear timing, careful quality checks, and useful performance reporting.
You do not need to have owned a retention strategy before. Experience with CRM, email marketing, lifecycle campaigns, or marketing operations can give you a strong starting point; iGaming experience is a plus.
What you will do
-Support player journeys and CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, and other channels used by the product.
-Help organize audience segments, campaign content, timing, and required setup with the relevant teams.
-Check campaign details before launch and follow up on issues that could affect the player experience.
-Track campaign performance and prepare clear summaries of key results.
-Help compare results across segments and campaigns and flag patterns worth investigating.
-Maintain campaign calendars, briefs, and documentation so the team can see what ran and what was learned.
-Gradually take on more campaign planning and optimization as you build product and CRM knowledge.
What makes this a strong starting point
You will learn how an iGaming product communicates with players and how CRM activity connects to engagement, retention, and long-term value. The work is close to real campaigns and real performance data, giving you a practical path toward owning larger campaigns and lifecycle journeys.
What you bring
-At least 6 months of practical exposure to CRM, email marketing, lifecycle campaigns, marketing operations, or a related field.
-Comfort working with spreadsheets and checking details carefully.
-Curiosity about campaign performance and willingness to learn basic metrics such as engagement, conversion, retention, and reactivation.
-Clear communication, organized follow-through, and care for the end-user experience.
-Previous iGaming experience is a plus, not a requirement. Familiarity with a CRM or marketing automation platform is useful; GR8 Tech is a plus. English at B1 level is required.
