We are helping our partner, a product-focused IT company, find a Junior Sales Specialist for the Spanish market.

This can be a great opportunity if you speak Spanish confidently, enjoy communicating with people, and want to start or continue building your career in IT and international sales.

Previous IT or sales experience is not a must. What matters more is your communication style, motivation, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

About the Role

You will work with Spanish-speaking customers and help them understand how the company's product can support their business.
The role combines elements of Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success.

There are no aggressive sales tactics or endless cold prospecting from scratch. The company provides contact databases, product training, and ongoing support from the team.

Your goal will be to understand customers, communicate the value of the product, build relationships, and gradually become confident working with the Spanish market.

What You'll Do

Communicate with customers across the Spanish market.
Conduct phone calls, online meetings, and regular customer communication.
Introduce the product and explain how it can help the customer's business.
Work with existing customers and help them get more value from the platform.
Reconnect with customers who have stopped using the product.
Contact potential customers using prepared databases.
Understand customer needs and suggest relevant solutions.
Keep customer information and communication updated in the CRM.
Collect feedback and share useful insights with the Product Team.
Support the company's growth in the Spanish market.

Experience in any customer-facing role such as Customer Support, Customer Service, Hospitality, Call Center, Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Relations can be useful, but it is not required.

Nice to Have

Currently living in Spain or previous experience living there.
Understanding of Spanish culture and communication style.
Experience communicating with Spanish-speaking customers.
Any previous B2B or customer-facing experience.
Interest in technology, digital products, or the automotive industry.
