Procimo Tech is looking for a Junior Support Engineer to join our new Product Support team.

This is a technical support role rather than general customer service. You will act as the first technical point of contact for clients using Procimo's core products.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include receiving and managing support tickets, investigating technical issues and identifying whether they are related to software, hardware, connectivity or configuration.

When an issue cannot be resolved directly by the Support team, you will be responsible for escalating it to the appropriate internal team such as Development, Hardware or Project Management providing a clear and well-documented technical analysis.

Most client communication will take place through tickets and email, although occasional phone or video calls may also be required.

As this is a new team, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of support processes, documentation, FAQs and troubleshooting guidelines.

This is an entry-level position, so previous experience with Procimo's products or industrial systems is not required. We are looking for someone who is curious, motivated to learn and interested in developing strong technical knowledge.
