About the Role
Gravira Group is looking for an experienced Lead Affiliate Manager to drive affiliate growth across Tier-1 markets.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who can build strong partnerships, scale profitable traffic, develop the affiliate team, and take ownership of channel performance.

Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop the Affiliate Management team.
Develop and execute affiliate growth strategies focused on Tier-1 markets.
Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with affiliates, media buying teams, and networks.
Manage and scale key partnerships across Facebook, SEO, PPC, UAC, and other acquisition channels.
Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals based on traffic quality and profitability.
Monitor affiliate performance, FTD, conversion rates, NGR, ROI, and partner profitability.
Set team KPIs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Optimize partner acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention processes.
Collaborate with Media Buying, Product, BI, Risk, and Payments teams.
Identify new growth opportunities and improve affiliate operations.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing within iGaming/online casino.
Proven experience leading or mentoring Affiliate Managers.
Strong understanding of Tier-1 markets.
Established network of affiliates, media buying teams, and traffic partners.
Hands-on experience with Facebook traffic and other acquisition channels.
Strong negotiation skills and experience with CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models.
Solid understanding of affiliate KPIs, traffic quality, and unit economics.
Analytical mindset with a strong focus on profitability and measurable results.
Proactive, independent, and results-driven leadership approach.
English B2+.
Ukrainian language proficiency is required.

Nice to Have
Direct experience scaling affiliate traffic in Tier-1.
Experience building an affiliate team or department.
Knowledge of Affilka, NetHunt, and Power BI.
Established relationships with Tier-1 affiliate networks.
