We're looking for a tech-savvy Lead Generation Manager who knows how to combine AI, automation, and smart outbound strategies to generate qualified B2B opportunities.
We don't need someone who manually sends hundreds of generic messages. We need someone who knows how to use modern tools to work smarter, find buying signals, and build a predictable sales pipeline.

What you'll do
Build AI-powered lead generation workflows using LinkedIn, cold email, and other outbound channels.
Use AI tools to research prospects, identify buying signals, enrich data, and personalize outreach at scale.
Find potential clients through funding announcements, hiring activity, product launches, and development needs.
Create and optimize automated outbound campaigns and follow-up sequences.
Experiment with new AI tools, integrations, and prospecting strategies.
Generate qualified sales meetings and track performance in CRM.

What we're looking for
2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in IT outsourcing / outstaffing.
Advanced, hands-on experience with AI tools and AI-driven sales automation is a must.
Strong knowledge of tools like Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ChatGPT, Make, n8n, or similar.
Ability to build automated prospecting workflows, not just use ready-made email templates.
Proven track record of generating qualified B2B meetings.
Strong English (B2+) and Ukrainian communication skills.
Independent, analytical, and constantly exploring new technologies.
Web3 / blockchain experience is a plus.
