MoveUp is a rapidly growing boutique recruitment agency that ranked top 10 agencies in Ukraine. We are looking for a skilled Lead Generation Manager to help with the sales effort.

* You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and creating sales opportunities for Unit Group (including recruitment and outstaffing services)
* Generate and approach leads, communicate with stakeholders via Linkedin, emails, social media, etc.
* Craft out well-thought prospecting emails & messages to start conversations
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and help define an outreach strategy.
* Update and maintain lead and opportunity records in CRM.

Requirements:

* At least Upper-Intermediate English level & feel comfortable writing emails and messages from scratch
* 2+ years of lead generation / business development/ sales experience
* Familiar with outbound sales & prospecting (LinkedIn tools, email tools, CRMs – mandatory, UpWork is an advantage)
* Preferably experience selling into startups located in the US, EU. Israel is an advantage
* Proven track record of prospecting and winning business. At least 3-5 closed qualified clients which added value to your company.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
