At Lynksen, we develop human-centric digital products and help our clients grow through smart design, tech, and business strategy. Now, we're scaling our Upwork presence and we need a teammate who can take our lead generation to the next level.

What You'll Be Doing:

Generate and qualify new leads on Upwork through manual prospecting and smart automation.
Monitor and fine-tune automation tools (scanners, filters, triggers, trackers).
Stay ahead of Upwork algorithm updates and adapt strategy accordingly.
Optimize profiles, proposals, catalogs, and saved searches for higher conversions.
Write engaging, personalized outreach messages and proposal templates.
Maintain and segment CRM for lead nurturing and timely follow-ups.
Test and implement new tools, channels, and automation workflows.
Communicate with warm leads and support early-stage sales conversations.
Run A/B tests and performance analysis of scripts and outreach campaigns.
Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams on intro calls and presale coordination.
Keep reports and KPIs updated, contribute insights during retrospectives.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

1+ years of experience in Upwork lead generation or a similar role.
Solid understanding of Upwork's platform logic and algorithm behavior.
Experience setting up and managing Gigradar or similar Upwork tools.
Skilled in writing personalized proposals and cover letters.
Confident in handling high workload and multitasking without losing quality.
Analytical mindset you love metrics and performance tracking.
CRM experience (pipeline management, segmentation, basic reporting).
Comfortable researching and qualifying leads across multiple ICPs.
English B1+ level (written and spoken).

Hiring Process:
