Uvik Software is looking for an experienced and proactive Lead Generation Manager to support our business growth in Software Development, AI, and Data Engineering services.
We are looking for a hands-on professional who understands the full outbound lead generation process, can independently manage campaigns, explore new markets, and turn outreach efforts into qualified sales opportunities.

What You'll Do
Manage the full outbound lead generation cycle, from identifying target companies and decision-makers to generating qualified meetings.
Define and refine ICPs, target segments, and prospecting strategies.
Launch, manage, and optimize personalized LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns.
Research potential clients, identify buying signals, and develop relevant outreach approaches.
Explore new markets, prospecting channels, and opportunities to improve campaign performance.
Track key metrics, analyze conversion rates, and continuously improve lead quality.
Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to qualify prospects and exchange feedback.
Maintain prospect data and campaign activities in HubSpot CRM.
Improve lead generation workflows using automation and AI-powered tools where relevant.

What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, SDR, Outbound Sales, or Business Development.
Experience generating leads for IT Services, Software Development, Outsourcing, or Outstaffing companies.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns.
Experience with ICP development, target account research, and decision-maker identification.
Understanding of lead generation metrics, lead qualification, and sales conversion.
Ability to independently manage campaigns, analyze results, and adjust strategies.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach tools such as Apollo.io, Lemlist, Instantly, Snov.io, or similar platforms.
Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher.
Strong analytical skills, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have
Experience generating leads for AI, Data Engineering, Cloud, or other technology services.
Experience launching new outbound channels or entering new markets.
Familiarity with automation and AI-powered prospecting tools such as Clay or n8n.
Experience with initial qualification or discovery calls in English.
