About the role
We are building LinkedIn outbound from scratch across several company accounts using Sales Navigator and LinkedHelper. A research specialist provides verified lead lists; sales conversations and calls are handled by the sales team.
You will own campaign operations: write message sequences, design campaign structure, set up tracking, run outreach, keep accounts safe, and ensure nothing stalls. All accounts belong to the company; every sequence goes out only after approval.

What you'll do:
Write message sequences from scratch per ICP and offer: connection request, follow-ups, breakup; A/B variants
Design the campaign structure: segments, sequence steps, personalization fields, sending schedule per account
Set up and run campaigns in LinkedHelper
Keep all accounts safe: daily limits per account, warm-up, no duplicates, no re-messaging old contacts, no cross-account overlap on the same leads
Monitor inboxes, tag replies (interested / not now / no / out of office), and pass interested replies to the sales team the same day
Build and maintain the tracking sheet; send a short weekly report: sent, accepted, replied, interested, calls booked
Test and iterate: change copy, segments, and timing based on the numbers
Give feedback to the research specialist on list quality and ICP fit

Requirements:
1+ year of B2B lead generation with LinkedIn as the main channel
Hands-on with Sales Navigator and at least one automation tool (LinkedHelper, Expandi, Dripify, Waalaxy, Linked Radar, etc.)
You know LinkedIn limits and how to keep an account from being restricted
Confident with Google Sheets / Excel: filters, dedup, VLOOKUP, simple pivots
Written English at Upper-Intermediate or higher
You can show a campaign you ran: audience, volume, acceptance and reply rates, what you changed and why

Nice to have:
Experience generating leads for IT outsourcing /custom development companies
Apollo, Phantombuster, Clay, Lemlist/Instantly (we may add email later)
Basic CRM experience (HubSpot, Pipedrive)

How we measure success:
Campaigns: sent on schedule, within limits, no account restrictions
Reply rate and interested-reply rate per campaign
Interested replies handed to the sales team within 24 hours
Weekly report delivered on time with accurate numbers
