Lead Generation Specialist | Recruitment Agency
We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join a recruitment agency working with international clients across IT, iGaming, Affiliate Marketing, and Digital industries.
We need a proactive, results-driven specialist who knows how to identify potential B2B clients, reach key decision-makers, and generate qualified leads that turn into real business opportunities.
What You'll Do
Identify companies actively hiring or potentially interested in external recruitment services
Research and connect with CEOs, Founders, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Leads, and Hiring Managers
Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, Telegram, email outreach, and other relevant channels
Build and maintain targeted prospect databases
Create personalized outreach messages and follow-up sequences
Qualify leads based on hiring needs, business potential, and interest in recruitment services
Hand over qualified prospects for further sales discussions
Track outreach performance, response rates, and lead conversion
Test new prospecting strategies and improve lead generation efficiency
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in B2B Lead Generation, preferably within recruitment, staffing, or HR services
Strong LinkedIn prospecting and cold outreach skills
Experience identifying and communicating with C-level executives and other decision-makers
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar prospecting tools
Understanding of lead qualification and outbound sales funnels
English B2 or higher
Experience targeting international markets such as Europe, CIS, Balkans, LATAM, or the US
Strong research, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and focus on measurable results
