Lead Generation Specialist (US Market) Remote
Binotel is a SaaS company with 15 years of experience in business communications. We're expanding into the US market and looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help us build a strong pipeline of B2B prospects.
If you enjoy researching companies, finding the right decision-makers, communicating with potential clients, and turning cold prospects into qualified opportunities this role could be a great fit.
What you'll do
Research US-based companies and identify potential B2B customers.
Find and qualify decision-makers and key contacts.
Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, databases, Google, and other research tools.
Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels.
Personalize outreach based on the prospect's business and potential needs.
Qualify leads according to our ICP and qualification criteria.
Initiate conversations and identify potential business needs.
Book qualified meetings for the Sales team.
Keep prospect and activity data accurate in CRM.
Track outreach results, conversion rates, and other lead generation metrics.
Continuously test and improve outreach approaches.
What we're looking for
1+ year of experience in lead generation, SDR, BDR, or outbound sales.
Experience working with US or other international markets is a strong advantage.
Confident English C1+, both written and spoken.
Experience with cold outreach and prospect research.
Ability to quickly understand a business, identify the right contact, and start a relevant conversation.
Strong research and communication skills.
Comfortable working with numbers, CRM, and performance metrics.
Proactive, persistent, and results-oriented mindset.
