We are looking for a Lead Generation Team Manager to take ownership of all lead generation activities within our organization and drive the development of our outbound lead generation function.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic thinking, operational execution, and team management. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales and Business Development teams to ensure a consistent flow of relevant, high-quality leads and contribute directly to the company's business growth.

Key responsibilities:

Take ownership of all lead generation activities, ensuring alignment with the company's business development and sales goals;
Develop and implement lead generation strategies across relevant channels, including LinkedIn, email outreach, and other outbound channels;
Recruit, lead, mentor, and support a team of lead generation specialists, fostering accountability, autonomy, and continuous improvement;
Stay hands-on with lead generation activities by testing new approaches, optimizing outreach campaigns, and exploring new tools and channels;
Define and monitor key performance indicators, analyze campaign results, and identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall efficiency;
Research target markets, industries, and potential client segments to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably within IT services (Staff Augmentation / Dedicated Development Teams); additional B2B services would be an advantage;
Experience managing a lead generation team (3+ people) and coordinating multiple campaigns and/or projects simultaneously;
Strong hands-on expertise in outbound lead generation, including prospecting, email outreach, and lead qualification;
Particular skill and ability to compose outreach messages and sequences independently without being micromanaged on this;
Understanding of B2B sales funnels and the lead generation-to-sales handover process;
Ability to analyze campaign performance, work with KPIs, and make data-driven decisions;
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance team leadership and hands-on execution;
Proactive mindset, ownership, and the ability to work independently without daily supervision;
Strong communication and collaboration skills;
Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.
