About the role
We are building LinkedIn outbound from scratch across several company accounts. You will own lead research: define search criteria per ICP with the team, find the right companies and decision-makers in Sales Navigator, and deliver clean, verified lists ready for the outreach team.
You work in company Sales Navigator accounts. Every list is reviewed and approved before going into a campaign.

What you'll do:
Research target companies and decision-makers by ICP in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Build saved searches and lead lists per ICP and segment: 150300 new contacts per month
Verify each lead manually: role, company size, industry, location, activity on LinkedIn
Deduplicate against existing lists and previously contacted people
Maintain the master lead sheet: consistent columns, tags by ICP and segment, source and date
Prepare short personalization notes per lead (recent post, company news, role change) where relevant
Flag ICP mismatches and propose new segments based on what you see in the data
Send a short weekly report: leads researched, verified, rejected, and why

Requirements:
1+ year of B2B lead research or list building with LinkedIn Sales Navigator as the main tool
You know Sales Navigator filters, Boolean search, saved searches, and lead lists in depth
Confident with Google Sheets / Excel: filters, dedup, VLOOKUP, simple pivots
Attention to detail: you can explain how you check that a lead really matches an ICP
Written English at Upper-Intermediate or higher
You can show a list you built: ICP, volume, verification steps, and how it performed

Nice to have:
Experience researching leads for IT outsourcing / custom development companies
Familiarity with how outreach tools consume lists (required fields, formats)
Basic CRM experience (HubSpot, Pipedrive)
