Field Operations & Logistics Coordinator
Unique Media | Remote | U.S. Operations

About Unique Media
Unique Media is a growing U.S.-based media company specializing in digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising, including digital screens, urban panels, LED trucks, and other innovative advertising solutions.
As we continue expanding our digital advertising network across the United States, we're looking for an experienced Field Operations & Logistics Coordinator to help streamline our daily operations and support our growing field teams.
This is more than a traditional dispatch role. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of daily logistics, optimize workflows, and help build efficient, scalable operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and optimize daily routes and schedules for multiple installation and service teams.
Coordinate equipment deliveries, screen installations, maintenance, repairs, and urgent service requests.
Communicate directly with U.S.-based vendors, contractors, technicians, and location representatives.
Manage appointments, scheduling changes, delays, and estimated arrival times.
Respond quickly to operational challenges, last-minute requests, and unexpected changes.
Track job progress, maintain accurate operational records, and ensure timely execution.
Work closely with the Field Operations Lead to improve internal processes, establish clear workflows, and increase operational efficiency.
Evaluate and recommend logistics, route optimization, and field service management tools.

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in logistics, dispatch, field operations, or service coordination.
Strong route planning, scheduling, and multitasking skills.
Excellent, near-native English (C1C2) is mandatory, with confident and professional verbal communication.
Experience communicating with U.S.-based vendors, contractors, or service providers is a strong advantage.
Ability to manage multiple teams, priorities, and operational requests simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, scheduling platforms, and operations management tools.
Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with teams operating during U.S. business hours.

Nice to Have
Experience with U.S. logistics or field operations, particularly in New York City.
Background in digital signage, telecommunications, installation services, HVAC, or last-mile delivery.
Experience with route optimization or Field Service Management (FSM) software.
Experience improving operational processes in a growing company.

What We Offer
Fully remote opportunity work from anywhere with reliable overlap with U.S. operational hours.
Opportunity to work with a growing U.S. media company.
Direct collaboration with the Field Operations Lead.
A hands-on role with real ownership and the opportunity to influence how operations are structured and scaled.
A dynamic, international working environment.

Interested?
If you have a strong logistics background, excellent English communication skills, and enjoy bringing structure to fast-moving operations, we'd love to hear from you!
