About the role
You'll own the setup, execution, and optimization of LinkedIn advertising campaigns for our US-based clients working across the full range of LinkedIn ad formats (Sponsored Content, Sponsored Messaging, Lead Gen Forms, Text and Dynamic Ads) alongside a global team of strategists, account managers, and creative.

Responsibilities
Set up and configure LinkedIn ad campaigns aligned to client objectives and strategy
Build audience strategy across the full funnel (TOF/MOF/BOF segmentation)
Monitor performance daily across multiple client accounts (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, etc.)
Set up and maintain conversion tracking, including LinkedIn Insight Tag and Conversions API (CAPI)
Run creative testing and A/B experimentation
Partner with the creative team on on-spec, on-time ad assets
Deliver regular, accurate performance reports to stakeholders
Troubleshoot campaign issues and resolve them quickly
Contribute insights that shape client strategy
Support QBR prep and LinkedIn ad proposal development as needed

Requirements
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads / LinkedIn Campaign Manager (agency or in-house)
Understanding of the full-funnel approach (TOF/MOF/BOF)
Ability to build clear performance reports with insights and recommendations
Strong analytical skills comfortable with performance data and KPIs
Creative problem-solving approach to campaign configuration
Clear communicator, comfortable in a distributed, global team
B2 English (you'll work directly with a US client base)
Nice to have: experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing)
