Floxis has a product, live partners and a CEO who does the marketing in the gaps between sales calls. You will take that over and own the brand from close to a blank page: how we sound, what we publish and where we show up. You will be the marketing function, not a member of it, and you will work with the CEO every day.

From day one you own the marketing spend, what we publish, the tools and automation you build on, and one number: marketing-sourced qualified meetings.

What you will do
Content and positioning, about 40% of your time. Case studies, comparison pages, integration explainers, sales material and the website, written so a publisher's monetisation lead or an ad network founder wants to read them.
LinkedIn, about 20%. Run the company page and help the CEO's own profile reach more of the market, on a posting rhythm that survives a busy week.
Pipeline, about 20%. Landing pages, forms, lead routing, CRM hygiene and follow-up. You are not expected to close, but you are expected to know exactly how many qualified conversations you produced.
PR, community and events, about 10%. Trade press, podcasts, panels and conferences.
Brand and new markets, about 10%. The visual system, the tone of voice, and the playbook for new regions and buyer segments, built with the CEO.

What we look for
2 to 5 years in B2B marketing, some of it in ad tech or martech: SSP, DSP, ad network, publisher monetisation, header bidding or agency side.
You can explain what an SSP does, what header bidding solved and why supply path matters, in plain English.
You write well. It is the most important skill in this role, and we will test it.
You already build with AI rather than just chat with it, and you know which parts still need your own judgement.
You are happy to carry a number and report on it honestly, including in the months it goes badly.
You are comfortable being the only marketer in the room, and with direct feedback from the CEO.

Useful but not required: design tools, CRM and outreach tools, wiring tools together with automation or code, video or podcast editing, event experience, and a second language for a market we want to enter.
