Ticombo is an international secondary ticket marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of tickets to live events. With a 5M annual Google Ads budget, we're looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead to improve measurement, acquisition efficiency, and profitable growth.

You'll work closely with an actively involved Product Lead to turn findings into product and tracking improvements.

Responsibilities
Fix GA4 tracking and attribution, reconciling reported conversions and revenue with backend data.
Identify weaknesses in our paid search strategy, campaign structure, and bidding. Improve ROAS based on reliable data and marketplace economics.
Lead technical SEO, content, and visibility in AI search, coordinating specialists and implementation.
Audit affiliate and referral channels: improve attribution, prevent commission leakage, and eliminate fraudqulent traffic and conversions.
Build clear reporting and prioritize work by its impact on revenue and profitability.

Requirements
Proven experience leading marketing or growth for a marketplace.
Strong hands-on Google Ads expertise and experience managing substantial budgets.
Deep understanding of GA4, GTM, attribution, CAC, ROAS, and contribution margin.
Ability to lead SEO and affiliate initiatives, challenge existing approaches, and coordinate specialists.
English B2+.
