About Oritech
Oritech is a B2B iGaming platform company that helps operators businesses running online casinos and sportsbooks launch and manage their brands.
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to become our first dedicated marketing hire and take ownership of how Oritech is positioned in the market.
This is an opportunity to build the marketing function from the ground up, shape our brand presence, strengthen industry relationships, and support business growth through strategic marketing, events, media, and sales enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and own the 12-month marketing strategy and budget in collaboration with the founders.
Define priorities, set measurable goals, and report on marketing performance and business impact.
Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and generate qualified business leads.
Industry Events & Conferences
Identify and manage relevant industry conferences, including attendance, exhibition opportunities, and speaking engagements.
Plan and execute event marketing activities to generate qualified leads and secure meetings with potential clients.
Measure event performance and ensure a clear return on investment.
PR & Trade Media
Build and maintain relationships with B2B iGaming publications and industry media.
Secure media coverage through company news, interviews, expert commentary, and thought-leadership articles.
Strengthen Oritech's visibility and credibility within the iGaming industry.
Content Marketing
Create and manage marketing content for the website, LinkedIn, newsletters, case studies, one-pagers, and sales presentations.
Develop clear, compelling messaging tailored to B2B audiences, particularly online casino and sportsbook operators.
Ensure all content communicates the company's value proposition and supports business objectives.
Sales Enablement
Equip the sales team with effective messaging, outreach templates, presentations, and event playbooks.
Collaborate with sales representatives and the outsourced SDR partner to align marketing activities with lead generation and sales goals.
Ensure consistent messaging across all customer-facing materials.
Brand Management
Maintain a consistent, professional, and credible brand identity across all channels.
Ensure that marketing communications reflect Oritech's positioning, values, and business objectives.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, fintech, payments, or another technology-driven B2B business.
Hands-on experience organizing and managing industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
Proven experience working with trade media, PR, or industry publications.
Excellent written English, with the ability to create engaging LinkedIn content, press releases, and business-oriented marketing materials.
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with budgets, cost per meeting, campaign performance, and marketing-influenced pipeline.
Ability to work independently, set priorities, and execute marketing initiatives with limited resources.
A proactive, creative, and results-oriented mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Nice to Have
Experience in iGaming, online casinos, sports betting, gaming, or related industries.
Experience working with LATAM markets.
Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese; Russian or Georgian is also an advantage.
Experience with LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, or similar marketing and CRM tools.
Familiarity with Canva, Figma, and AI-powered writing and research tools.
