TodaPay is an international fintech company in digital payments and financial infrastructure across multiple jurisdictions. We support high-growth payment operations with multi-currency transactions, crypto payments, and complex corporate structures.

We are looking for a proactive Marketing & PR Specialist o join TODA Pay. You will work closely with the Business Development team and support the execution of the company's marketing, PR, brand, reputation, and lead generation activities. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the FinTech / Payments / iGaming environment and is comfortable working across multiple marketing areas – from PR and content to partner activations, conferences, promotional campaigns, and lead generation.

Requirements
2+ years of relevant experience in Marketing, Brand, PR, or a similar role
Experience in FinTech, Payments, iGaming, or related B2B industries
Understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation
Experience with PR, brand promotion, social media and online reputation management
Experience with email marketing and outreach campaigns
Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and understanding of key website metrics
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Proactive, creative, and hands-on approach
Strong written and verbal communication skills
English B2+
Willingness and ability to travel occasionally to international conferences, exhibitions, and business events
Responsibilities
Support the execution of the company's marketing, PR, and brand activities
Coordinate PR activities, including publications, media placements, interviews, and industry coverage
Support and manage the company's online reputation and presence on relevant industry platforms, social media activities
Prepare and launch email campaigns and other B2B marketing activities
Support partnership and co-marketing activities with clients, partners, and industry companies
Support TODA Pay's participation in international conferences, exhibitions, and industry events
Coordinate the production of marketing materials with designers, copywriters, and external contractors
Support website content updates, articles, landing pages, presentations, and other marketing materials
Generate and propose new ideas for PR, brand awareness, partnerships, lead generation, and client engagement
As needed:
Support lead generation: research target companies, build prospect databases, and assist with outreach
Coordinate client engagement initiatives, including corporate gifts, merchandise, and special campaign

Nice to have
Existing network or contacts within FinTech, Payments, or iGaming
Experience working with PSPs, payment companies, iGaming operators, affiliates, or B2B iGaming providers
Understanding of the European FinTech / Payments / iGaming market
Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Search Console
Experience with Google Tag Manager or similar tools
Experience working with international teams and markets
