Job Summary
We're looking for an ambitious, proactive Marketer who is excited to take ownership of our marketing direction, explore new approaches, and make a real impact on business growth.
Marketing is evolving fast. From traditional content marketing and SEO to GEO and AI-driven search, the ways companies reach their audiences are constantly changing.
If you're someone who is excited by these changes and ready to turn them into opportunities, takes initiative, experiments with new tools and strategies, adapts quickly, and isn't afraid to challenge existing approaches to find what works best, fill out the application form!

Requirements
1.52+ years of marketing experience, preferably in IT, SaaS, UI/UX design, or software development companies.
SEO knowledge, including content strategy, keyword research, on-page optimization, and how search engines rank websites.
Interest in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and understanding of how ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and other AI tools are changing search. Willingness to learn and test new optimization methods.
Practical marketing experience with campaigns, projects, or experiments you have worked on. You should be able to explain what you did and what results you achieved. We don't expect you to know everything.
Curiosity and willingness to learn, try new approaches, find opportunities, and change strategies when something isn't working.
Ability to work independently, suggest ideas, take responsibility for their implementation, and track results.
Ability to move quickly, test ideas without spending too much time planning, and adapt based on results.
Good communication and teamwork skills to work with designers, developers, sales, and management.
Analytical skills to track marketing metrics, understand what works, and make decisions based on data.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze the company's SEO and GEO strategies.
Research and test new marketing channels, tools, and ways to attract potential clients.
Increase organic traffic, brand awareness, and UITOP's visibility in AI-powered search.
Develop content marketing strategies focused on attracting relevant B2B audiences.
Research competitors, monitor search algorithm updates, and explore new marketing approaches.
Come up with ideas, test hypotheses, analyze results, and scale what works.
Plan and coordinate marketing activities with other team members.
Gradually take ownership of the company's marketing direction and responsibility for its results.
