We are looking for a Media Buyer & Mentor to join our team and help develop our in-house Media Buying School. In this role, you will combine hands-on media buying with training and mentoring future buyers, helping them build strong analytical skills and become ready to join our buying teams.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Build and structure the Media Buying School curriculum together with the Head of Media Buying, defining modules, learning sequences, and progression criteria
Create educational materials, including video lessons, guides, and real campaign breakdowns
Conduct workshops and group sessions covering campaign launches, analytics, creatives, offers, and tracking tools
Develop tests, practical assignments, and case studies for each learning module
Review assignments and provide clear, constructive feedback, helping students understand mistakes and identify what to improve
Track each student's progress, identify knowledge gaps, and monitor recurring mistakes
Conduct individual mentoring sessions and help students develop independent, data-driven problem-solving skills
Support students in working through the full analytical process: data analysis problem hypothesis solution action result
Answer students' questions in dedicated work chats during agreed hours
Participate in the final assessment of students' readiness to join a buying team
Run your own traffic campaigns on Meta Ads for the company's iGaming offers when not working on school activities
Manage campaigns end to end, from launch to analysis and optimisation, using your own campaigns as real-life examples for students

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
1.52+ years of hands-on media buying experience, including at least 1 year in Gambling / iGaming
Active experience running traffic through Meta Ads and willingness to continue managing your own campaigns
Ability to independently manage campaigns from launch to optimisation
Experience working with different GEOs, preferably Tier 12
Strong understanding of key performance metrics, including CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, CR, Reg2Dep, FTD, ROAS, and ROI
Understanding of the full iGaming funnel, from ad impressions to first-time deposits and repeat deposits
Knowledge of offer mechanics, including payouts, KPIs, caps, hold periods, qualification requirements, CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models
Experience with tracking tools, preferably Binom
Ability to identify performance bottlenecks, develop hypotheses, and run systematic tests, including A/B tests
Understanding of creative performance, including angles, hooks, and CTAs, and the ability to prepare clear briefs for creative teams
Ability to explain complex topics in simple terms and adapt your explanation to different learning styles
A mentoring mindset: listening to students' reasoning rather than simply checking whether their answers are correct
Ability to provide direct, constructive feedback while remaining patient with beginners and holding them accountable for progress
A genuine interest in developing people, with experience in mentoring, onboarding, or training junior buyers or assistants considered a plus
Strong organisational skills, responsibility, data-driven thinking, and a calm approach to mistakes without micromanagement
