We are currently expanding our team and looking for a Media Buyer with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads who can identify effective advertising strategies, scale campaigns, and deliver measurable business results.
This role is ideal for a specialist who understands not only how to launch campaigns but also how to turn hypothesis testing into sustainable project growth.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Develop advertising strategies, prepare creative briefs, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
Hypothesis Testing: Systematically test ad funnels, audiences, creatives, and campaign setups within weekly sprints.
Analytics and Optimization: Work with Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI), analyze key performance metrics, and prepare reports.
Scaling: Increase advertising budgets while maintaining target performance metrics.
Client Communication: Discuss campaign results, advertising strategies, and next steps directly with clients in English.
Performance Improvement: Identify growth opportunities, evaluate the effectiveness of decisions, and continuously improve campaign performance.

What We're Looking For
At least 2 years of experience in paid social advertising using Meta Ads and/or TikTok Ads.
Hands-on experience scaling advertising campaigns, with measurable results to demonstrate.
Experience working with e-commerce and service-based businesses.
Understanding of advertising strategies for international markets.
Confident knowledge of Meta Pixel, CAPI, and advertising analytics.
English proficiency at B2 level or above for direct communication with clients.
A structured, independent, and responsible approach, with the ability to justify decisions using data.

Nice to Have
Experience managing substantial advertising budgets.
Proven advertising funnels and campaign setups that have delivered results.
Strong creative instincts and an understanding of which advertising concepts are most likely to perform well.

What We Offer
Work format: Fully remote.
Employment: Full-time.
Trial period: One month at $500.
After the trial period: $8001,000 per month, depending on experience and the number of projects.
Additional incentives: Bonuses based on the number of projects managed.
Team: Collaboration with the Ads Team Lead and work with international clients across various business niches.

Recruitment Process
Initial Screening: Review of your CV, case studies, and answers to professional questions.
HR Interview: Discussion of your experience, motivation, professional goals, and expectations.
Final Interview with the CEO: Discussion of your professional approach, scaling experience, and mutual expectations.
Offer and Start Date: Agreement on the terms of cooperation and the beginning of the one-month trial period.
