We are looking for a Media Buying Operations Specialist to join our team!

Requirements:
Requirements
At least 12 years of experience working with Meta and/or Google advertising infrastructure.
Strong understanding of the Meta ecosystem, including:Business Manager
Ad Accounts
Facebook Pages
Meta Pixel
Custom Conversions and Custom Audiences
System Users
Meta for Developers
Business Verification

Understanding of the Google Ads ecosystem, including:Google Ads Accounts and Manager Accounts (MCC)
Account linking and access management
Google Ads conversion tracking
Customer Match and audience management
Account restrictions and policy enforcement

Experience working with agency ad accounts and Business Managers.
Understanding of the full advertising account lifecycle: acquisition, setup, launch, maintenance, rotation, and replacement.
Hands-on experience creating and managing Meta Pixels, Custom Conversions, and Custom Audiences.
Experience managing Google Ads infrastructure, including account access, status monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Understanding of Meta and Google advertising policies, account restrictions, and common reasons for account suspensions.
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including formulas, filters, and working with large datasets.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle a high volume of repetitive operational tasks.
Experience maintaining internal documentation and advertising infrastructure inventories.

Will be plus:
Experience in affiliate marketing or media buying; iGaming experience is a strong advantage.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager Accounts (MCC), Customer Match, and Google Ads Audiences.
Experience preparing and maintaining advertising account infrastructure for both Meta and Google Ads.
Basic understanding of tracking platforms such as Keitaro, Binom, or similar solutions.
Experience with anti-detect browsers, such as AdsPower, Dolphin Anty, Octo Browser, or Incogniton.
Experience with Meta for Developers, including app creation, System Users, and Access Token generation.
Basic understanding of API integrations with advertising platforms.
Experience communicating with agencies, account suppliers, and external partners.
Understanding of advertising financial operations, including top-ups, spend, agency fees, and account balances.
Basic knowledge of proxies, domains, DNS, and advertising infrastructure.
Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), conversion data validation, and audience synchronization.
Experience with Google Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) and advertising attribution.

Responsibilities:
Meta Ads Infrastructure
Procure, verify, warm up, and prepare accounts for launch.
Manage Business Managers, Fan Pages, access, limits, and restrictions.
Configure pixels, custom conversions, and audiences.
Google Ads Infrastructure

Receive, verify, and prepare accounts.
Monitor account status, access, limits, and availability.
Maintain account inventory and coordinate replacements.
Account Management & Support

Resolve account issues and manage appeals.
Track bans, suspension reasons, and account lifetime.
Ensure account availability for uninterrupted campaign launches.
Planning & Reporting

Forecast account needs by campaign volume and GEO.
Maintain account inventories, CRM records, and status reports.
Coordinate infrastructure readiness with Media Buyers.
Financial Operations

Monitor balances, advertising spend, turnover, commissions, and agency fees.
Coordinate fund transfers with agencies.
Tracking & CRM

Monitor pixel activity, conversion tracking, and audience synchronization.
Troubleshoot tracking issues with technical teams.
Maintain accurate account, supplier, access, and infrastructure records.
