About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Media Buying Team Lead (Facebook Ads / Gambling) to manage and develop our Facebook media buying direction, with a primary focus on Tier 3 GEOs.

Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Media Buyers.
Oversee and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns in the Gambling vertical.
Develop and implement scaling strategies for Tier 3 GEOs.
Monitor budgets, ROI, CPA, conversions, and profitability.
Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
Improve team efficiency and operational processes.
Support Media Buyers with technical and operational challenges.
Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members.
Collaborate with Creative, ASO, and technical teams.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Media Buying Team Lead or Senior Media Buyer in Gambling.
Strong hands-on expertise in Facebook Ads (Meta Ads).
Experience managing a team of at least 4 Media Buyers.
Practical experience working with Tier 3 GEOs.
Proven track record of scaling profitable Gambling campaigns.
Experience managing significant advertising budgets.
Strong understanding of ROI, CPA, conversion rates, and net profit.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Results-driven mindset and ability to take ownership of team performance.
