About us
We're a Singapore-registered performance marketing agency running paid ads for 30+ clients worldwide, mostly in restricted verticals: iGaming, crypto, forex, sweepstakes, loans, dating and similar. All legal businesses.
We're AI-native. Automation handles the reporting, the checks and the busywork, so our media buyers spend their time on testing, strategy and scaling.
The role
You run Meta campaigns for your own client accounts, end to end:
Launch campaigns: structure, audiences, budgets
Test creatives, angles and audiences, and make the kill and scale calls
Optimise daily against each client's real targets: cost per FTD, CPA, ROAS not cheap leads
Keep accounts healthy: spend limits, tracking, ad policy, restrictions
Update clients on results in short, clear English messages, and join client calls in English
Work with our creative and automation team on what to test next
This is a specialist seat, not an assistant role.
What you need
2+ years running Meta direct-response campaigns yourself, not under someone else's direction
Hands-on experience in iGaming or another restricted vertical
You've dealt with ad rejections and account restrictions and kept performance going
Strong written English (B2+): most client communication is written
Spoken English for client calls. It doesn't need to be perfect, but you must be able to hold the call yourself
Consistency. Every working day, every meeting, the same standard
Google Ads or TikTok Ads experience is a plus
How we work
You own your accounts: the results, the spend and the client relationship
Reliability beats brilliance
No surprises: spend never runs past what a client has funded, and nothing is promised to a client that hasn't been agreed
Every account is safe before you sign off for the weekend
Fast replies during working hours. Clients talk to you directly
What you get
$8001,200/month base, based on experience, paid in USD
A performance bonus on top that grows with the number of accounts you run and your time with us
A monthly Media Buyer of the Month award
Flexible hours, Monday to Friday: at least 4 of your hours must fall inside 11:3019:30 Kyiv time (311 PM India time). No weekend shifts
Fully remote
AI and automation tools that take the manual grind off your plate
International clients, and a Singapore company behind you
How to apply
In your message, tell us in a few lines:
One Meta campaign you ran in iGaming or a restricted vertical: the starting cost per FTD/CPA, what you changed, and the ending number
Your base rate in USD, and the earliest date you can start
Shortlisted applicants are asked for a short 35 minute screen recording of their Ads Manager, narrated in English. The best get a live interview in English with a practical test on the call.
