The Role
We're looking for a Meta Ads Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Facebook and Instagram advertising, lead generation, and performance marketing.
This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for someone who knows how to build campaigns from the ground up, optimize performance based on data, and scale successful strategies.
Experience with casino and iGaming offers is a strong advantage. You should understand how to work with competitive offers, test different approaches, and focus on lead quality and campaign profitability.

What You'll Do
Launch & Manage Campaigns
Create, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Build lead generation campaigns focused on acquiring high-quality leads.
Manage campaign performance and budgets with a strong focus on ROI and CPL targets.
Monitor delivery and troubleshoot performance issues.
Optimize & Scale
Test creatives, audiences, targeting strategies, and campaign structures.
Analyze performance metrics, identify winning combinations, and scale successful campaigns.
Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, reduce CPL, and increase overall profitability.
Make fast, data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
Work with Data & Tracking
Monitor key performance indicators, including CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and ROI.
Work with Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
Identify performance trends and opportunities for further optimization.
Ensure campaign decisions are based on reliable data and business results.
Drive Performance & Growth
Continuously experiment with new creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
Identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency and scale lead generation.
Apply performance marketing best practices to achieve sustainable results.
Stay up to date with Meta Ads platform changes, advertising policies, and optimization techniques.

What You Bring
Proven hands-on experience managing and scaling Meta Ads campaigns.
Strong background in lead generation and performance marketing.
Experience optimizing campaigns for CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and ROI.
A solid understanding of campaign structures, audience targeting, retargeting, and scaling strategies.
Practical knowledge of Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and analytics.
Experience testing creatives and audiences to identify profitable campaign combinations.
Casino/iGaming experience is a major plus.
Strong analytical thinking, ownership, and a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and make decisions based on data.
