We are looking for an IT Business Development Manager to expand the Redwerk team.

As part of our dynamic team, you'll work with major clients like Siemens, Universal Music, Quandoo, Hosting.com, ClearDATA, and Unfold from Squarespace, contributing to impactful and high-profile projects.

You will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities through networking and converting them into long-term partnerships.
Your job will be to guide the full-cycle sales process and to verify that our sales approach is successful.

Redwerk is a company with long-standing expertise in web, mobile, and SaaS development, skilled in both web2 and web3 technologies.

Required Skills:
English proficiency (C1-C2), written and spoken
Strong communication skills
Experience in selling software development services
Local market and international client experience
Knowledge of IT trends and products
HubSpot proficiency for lead management
Ability to design and implement a sales funnel
High-value contract negotiation experience
Expertise in expanding into new markets
Analytical, open-minded approach
Result-driven mindset
Ability to meet deadlines and reach sales quota
Being meticulous with documentation

Responsibilities:
Proactive customer acquisition
Conducting outreach activities
Lead generation activities to grow new business accounts
Expand current customer base through various channels
Qualifying leads; understanding client needs
Conducting client interviews; meeting sales goals
Liaising with the delivery department
Preparing pitches, proposals, reports
Updating the CRM system regularly
Maintaining client contact; gathering feedback
Analyzing market trends
Sharing insights with marketing
