Growth marketing is math. If you send X messages at a Y% conversion rate, you get Z dollars, and your first question is where to find the X.
Until recently, most of those experiments were too expensive to build. Now an agent can build one overnight. We're looking for someone who has already run growth experiments, finds this shift thrilling, and wants to run more experiments in a month than most marketing teams run in a year.
You'll be our only marketer. Not a member of a marketing team: the marketing function itself. One person with an army of AI agents. You set the goals, you pick the bets, you own the numbers.

What we sell is growth marketing. For 16 years, Talkable has powered referral programs for e-commerce brands like American Eagle, Puma, Hotels.com, J.Crew, Ralph Lauren and Alo. Today that also covers loyalty, store credit and customer engagement: data-driven optimization and virality, as a product. You'll market a growth product with growth methods, so every experiment you run also teaches you what our customers buy.
Experimentation is in our DNA. Talkable started as an A/B testing company. Our CEO has built A/B testing systems from scratch many times.
We run on AI agents, not chatbots. Our engineers manage agents instead of reading every line of code. Our website is edited by agents. We're rebuilding our testing and measurement from scratch on first-party data. Most companies are still deciding what AI is; we've already reorganized around it.

What you'll own:
The goals: Decide what to measure and which bets to place first. Then own the numbers.
An experimentation engine: Run tests at high volume across the website, landing pages, email and outbound. Measure everything, not just the hypothesis, so each test teaches more than "worked / didn't work".
Acquisition across every channel that works: Google Ads and other paid channels, SEO, email, LinkedIn, warm introductions through people who know us, scraped and enriched prospect lists. Outbound is far more than cold email.
Lifecycle email: Prospects, partners and existing clients: map what we send, cut what doesn't earn attention, and automate what does.
The funnel on our website: Work with Product and Sales on landing pages, calls to action and sign-up flows, and prove what moves conversion.
Search and AI visibility. Improve how Talkable is discovered and represented across search engines and AI-driven platforms: run SEO audits, keyword and competitor research, and find new content opportunities.
Your army of agents: Automate research, list building, content, testing and reporting, so one person does the work of a team. You check the output before it ships.

Qualifications:
A track record in growth marketing. Experiments you owned, what you tested and the numbers that changed.
Hands-on channel experience: Google Ads and PPC, on-page and off-page SEO, email, conversion optimization and outbound beyond cold email, with tools like Google Analytics, ad managers and keyword tools.
You think in numbers. You read a funnel, know the unit economics and tell real signal from vanity metrics.
You know how A/B tests break. Sample ratio problems, A/A tests, bad splits: you check the setup before you trust a result.
Daily work with AI agents and automation, including SEO research, competitor analysis and content optimization, and the judgment to review their output instead of publishing it blind.
You set your own goals, prioritize and execute without waiting to be told.
Sharp written English for an international team and English-language campaigns.
You build, constantly. Be ready to show what you've built.
Nice to have: pet projects you've launched; vibe-coding apps, sites or tools with AI; a genuine love for AI and the newest models; B2B SaaS, e-commerce or Shopify experience; referral, loyalty or virality mechanics; enough code to change a landing page or set up tracking; experience with the US market.
