We are looking for a Lead Generation Manager to help us build and scale a strong pipeline of qualified B2B leads within the Web3 and blockchain ecosystem.

What you'll do
Research Web3, blockchain, crypto, fintech, and related markets to identify potential clients.
Build, maintain, and segment high-quality lead databases.
Identify key decision-makers, including Founders, CEOs, CMOs, Heads of BD, Partnerships, Marketing, and other relevant stakeholders.
Launch and optimize outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
Create personalized outreach messages and automated sequences.
Qualify leads based on our ICP and pass qualified opportunities to the Sales/BD team.
Manage lead generation activities through CRM and automation tools.
Track and analyze campaign performance, including response rates, conversion rates, qualified leads, and pipeline contribution.
Continuously test new markets, segments, channels, messaging, and outreach strategies.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams to improve lead quality and conversion.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in Lead Generation, SDR, B2B Outbound, or Business Development.
Proven experience working with international B2B clients.
Strong understanding of ICP, segmentation, prospecting, qualification, and sales funnels.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and email outreach.
Experience working with CRM and lead generation tools.
Intermediate English or higher.
Strong research, communication, and analytical skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
Experience in a Web3, blockchain, crypto, or fintech company is mandatory

Nice to have
Existing network or experience within the Web3 ecosystem.
Experience working with Web3 startups, crypto exchanges, wallets, DeFi, NFT, gaming, or blockchain infrastructure projects.
Experience with tools such as Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Instantly, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
