Responsibilities:
Full support of Ukrainian FOP (Group 3): registration/closure, KVED changes, contracts, invoicing, taxes and reporting;
Administration and accounting support of Polish JDG: registration/closure, PKD changes, contracts, invoicing, taxes and reporting;
Monitoring tax payments, reporting deadlines and documentation;
Communication with FOP/JDG owners, accountants, banks and relevant authorities;
Providing consultations on tax, accounting and administrative matters;
Working with Polish banking and accounting systems;
Maintaining financial records in Excel and Google Sheets.

Requirements:
7+ years of experience working as an accountant in a similar area/role;
Experience in accounting / tax administration of FOP/JDG;
Knowledge of Polish taxation: Ryczałt, ZUS, PIT, VAT;
Knowledge of Ukrainian FOP taxation, Group 3 Unified Tax;
Experience with Polish banking and accounting software;
Polish B1B2; English Intermediate;
Excel / Google Sheets above average;
Strong attention to detail, organization and responsibility;
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines;
