Responsibilities:
Drive sales of Akurateco products with a focus on sustainable revenue growth;
Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders: PSPs, acquirers, merchants, and FinTech companies;
Own the full sales cycle: lead generation qualification negotiation closing;
Design and execute outbound strategies (cold outreach, partnerships, account-based approach);
Build and maintain a healthy and predictable sales pipeline (pipeline management, forecasting);
Identify market opportunities and customer needs;
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align go-to-market strategy;
Continuously optimize sales processes, scripts, and conversion metrics;
Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events to generate new business opportunities.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in B2B sales within FinTech, payment processing, or SaaS;
Proven track record of closing complex and high-value deals;
Strong experience in building and scaling sales pipelines from scratch;
Experience working with enterprise-level clients and long sales cycles;
Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills;
Self-driven, structured, and results-oriented mindset;
Existing network in the FinTech/payments space will be a strong advantage;
Higher education in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.

Language Requirements:
English: Fluent (C1+), both written and spoken
