We are looking for an independent, versatile Middle to Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. We need a hands-on recruiter who is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a nimble, fast-moving environment.

You will manage the entire recruitment pipeline across three key directions:
Commercial & Client Operations: B2B Sales, Account Managers, Business Development.
Project Delivery: Project Managers, Production Coordinators.
Creative & Tech Support: ArchViz 3D Artists, Visualizers, and occasional technical specialists.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Hiring: Take full ownership of the hiring cycle from intake meetings with hiring managers to sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and handoff to onboarding.
Multi-Domain Sourcing: Proactively source across various profiles: cold outreach for B2B Sales & PMs, alongside targeted sourcing for creative ArchViz talent (evaluating portfolios, understanding render styles).
Direct Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with founders and team leads to clarify vacancy requirements, calibrate scorecards, and provide prompt feedback.
Pipeline & Market Management: Maintain candidate pipelines, ensure quick response times, and provide realistic market insights on talent availability and salary benchmarks.
Candidate Experience: Represent Omegarender's geeky, passionate culture keeping communication authentic, transparent, and respectful at every stage.

Requirements
46 years of recruitment experience (outsourcing, boutique agency, or product/service environments).
Versatile track record: Real experience closing business/commercial roles (Sales, PMs) as well as technical or creative vacancies.
Startup / Lean Mindset: You enjoy autonomy, take initiative, and don't need a rigid corporate hierarchy or predefined templates to get results.
Proactive Sourcing Skills: Confident with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-ray, and creative sourcing channels (ArtStation, Behance, relevant communities).
Strong Communication & Assessment: Ability to evaluate real soft skills, ownership, and commercial competencies beyond just CV bullet points.
English: Upper-Intermediate (B1)

Nice to Have
Experience hiring for CGI, 3D Art, VFX, GameDev, or Architectural Visualization.
Basic understanding of 3ds Max, Corona, V-Ray workflows and 3D portfolio evaluation.
