About Eve
Eve is an AI teammate for fundraising. She reads decks, builds a targeted investor list, runs outreach directly from LinkedIn, follows up consistently, and schedules investor meetings on founders' calendar. Eve handles the outreach while founders focus on the conversations.
We're looking for an experienced Operations professional to own the day-to-day operational backbone of the company. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role working closely with the CEO and team across people operations, legal and administrative processes, internal systems, and company operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage HR documentation, including consulting, separation, NDA, CIIAAs.
Own onboarding and offboarding, including system access, access removal, and data and knowledge transfer.
Prepare verification letters and maintain policies and records in HRM.
Ensure Finance is promptly informed of all people and compensation changes.
Coordinate and manage the company-wide performance review cycle.
Recruit and manage freelancers and vendors: define and document scope, prepare contractor agreements, and verify invoices against completed work.
Support recruitment and hiring, as well as company events and office administration, including merchandise and coworking arrangements.
Partner with the CEO on day-to-day team operations and organizational matters.
Own the company meeting cadence and weekly recaps, including the ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of AI services.
Maintain internal automations, integrations, and transcript-routing workflows across n8n, Granola, Slack, and other tools.
Own operational trackers and maintain a clear structure for experiments and initiatives.
Administer organization-level tools and accounts, including ElevenLabs, Granola, Dropbox Sign, and Slack.
Be ready to step in and take ownership of new or unexpected tasks as they arise, even when they fall outside your usual scope.

Who We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, People Operations, or a similar role in a fast-growing company.
Hands-on experience building and improving HR, recruiting, legal, and operational processes from the ground up.
Experience working directly with founders, CEOs, or executive leadership teams.
Strong systems thinking and the ability to turn ambiguous or manual workflows into clear, scalable processes.
Comfortable operating across multiple functions and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
High level of ownership, sound judgment, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive company and employee information.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Hands-on experience with AI tools and a strong understanding of how to apply AI to everyday business operations.
An automation-first mindset: naturally looks for ways to simplify processes, eliminate repetitive work, and improve team efficiency through AI and technology.
A fast learner who can quickly understand new areas, tools, and processes and become effective with minimal guidance.
