About the Role

Mission
Build the organic social presence for Affirmations App and Reworded Step Tracker from zero, with native short-form content that builds trust, supports paid campaigns and feeds winning hooks back into ad creative.

Key Challenges
Own the end-to-end organic social media strategy for two new mobile apps, launching channels from scratch, creating high-impact content, and building a strong brand presence through data-driven experimentation and community growth.

Team
Reports to the UA & Marketing Lead. Collaborates closely with the Influencer Marketing & UGC Manager and the Paid Media team to align organic and performance marketing efforts. Video editing and design support will be provided through the Creative team as the department scales.

What You'll Do
Own channel strategy, content calendar, and publishing for both apps,
Produce or direct native short-form video and static content, working with creators, editors, and designers,
Manage community engagement, comments, and brand voice across all social channels,
Track trends and turn winning organic formats into briefs for the Paid Media team,
Check content against health & wellness guidelines before publishing,
Report weekly on performance, key learnings, and recommended improvements.

What we're looking for
5+ years of experience managing organic social media for a consumer brand or mobile app, with proven short-form video results,
Experience growing at least one social media account from zero (or near zero), with measurable results,
Strong understanding of platform-native content for TikTok and Instagram,
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize content accordingly,
Understanding of health & wellness content guidelines and communication boundaries,
Excellent copywriting skills, a strong sense of brand voice, and experience managing a content calendar,
English level: B2+.

Nice to Have
Experience working with health, fitness, or wellness brands,
Video editing skills,
Experience managing and moderating online communities,
Experience launching and growing a social media presence for a mobile app.
