Job Summary:

As an Outbound Sales Agent (Casino), you will be the voice of LuckyStart, making cold calls to new prospects to introduce our brand and convert them into registered, depositing players. You'll work through lead lists, generate interest, present our welcome offers, and guide prospects through registration and their first deposit. You'll also follow up with warm leads and build relationships that turn new players into loyal, long-term customers. Your goal is to hit acquisition and conversion targets while delivering a professional, personalized, and responsible experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospect lists to introduce LuckyStart and generate interest
Convert prospects into registered players and first-time depositors
Present welcome offers, bonuses, and promotions clearly and accurately, including bonus terms and wagering requirements
Guide new players through registration and their first deposit
Handle objections confidently and follow up with interested leads through calls, messangers and email
Identify high-value prospects and hand them over to the VIP team
Meet and exceed daily and monthly KPIs (calls, contact rate, registrations, FTDs, deposit value)
Log all call outcomes, notes, and follow-ups accurately
Provide feedback to management on lead quality and offer performance
Ensure compliance with responsible gambling, anti-money laundering, and marketing consent regulations, and never contact self-excluded, opted-out, or underage individuals

Requirements:

Arabic and English is a MUST.
Previous experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or telesales, preferably in iGaming/forex
Proven track record of hitting sales or conversion targets from cold leads
Confident, persuasive phone manner with excellent communication skills in Arabic (additional languages a plus)
Strong objection-handling and closing skills
Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable with high call volumes and rejection
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Understanding of gambling regulations and responsible gaming best practices (preferred)

Bonus skills:
Experience with iGaming platforms (e.g., SoftSwiss)
Multilingual is a plus however Arabic and English B2 / C1 and above is a must
Hunter mentality, competitive, results-driven, with a passion for gaming
