Haven is hiring on behalf of MeAgain, the #1 app for people using GLP-1 medications (Ozempic and others). MeAgain is a Top 100 Health & Fitness app in the US and grew from $0 to $1M in monthly revenue within 18 months of launch. It's a subscription mobile app with a hard paywall, built by an AI-native team of fewer than 10 people. The US is the core market (around 80% of traffic).

The role
MeAgain is looking for a Paid Growth Lead: a senior individual contributor who takes over all paid acquisition from the CEO. Since May 2026, Martyn (CEO) has been running every channel himself. You'll take all of it over, report directly to him, and be the only person in the ad accounts day to day.

Spend today is $500K1M per month, mostly on Meta. The goal is ~$1.5M/month within 36 months and ~$3M/month within a year, while staying ROI-positive. Spend grows only as long as the numbers hold.

The setup
Marketing is deliberately lean: two people. A creative lead produces 200300 ads a week with a small group of UGC creators, and you own all paid channels.

A lot of the manual work is already automated: 70100 new ads go into Meta every night through the API, with no manual uploads. Martyn built this system and will walk you through it. You don't need to code, but you should want to work through automation and AI tools rather than clicking through ad interfaces.

What you'll own
Media buying strategy and execution across all paid channels
Scaling Meta while holding CAC and ROAS, and knowing where the marginal dollar still pays back
Launching and growing new channels
Working with platform reps (e.g. Meta, Google) on policy approvals in the health category
Working closely with the creative lead on what to test and what to scale
Keeping the CEO up to date on performance, priorities and roadblocks
KPIs: spend, CAC, ROAS.

What's not on your plate
Creative production · paywall and conversion experiments · retention and lifecycle.

Who we're looking for
Several years of hands-on paid media in consumer subscription mobile apps (app-first products; not web-first, e-commerce or non-subscription apps)
$1M+ in monthly ad spend managed personally, hands-on in the account, with Meta as the main channel
US as your primary market
Experience running several channels at once on your own, not one or two channels inside a bigger team
Strong quantitative thinking: you spot patterns in numbers quickly and understand the difference between average and marginal returns
You prioritize and look for leverage, and you're excited to work with AI and automation instead of managing a team

Strong pluses: hard paywall apps with A/B testing in Superwall · deep AppsFlyer knowledge (setting up and auditing integrations) · health apps that dealt with ad platform policy issues · AI tools in your workflow (Claude Code, Codex, pulling data or uploading assets via APIs).

Compensation & terms
Rate: from $7,000/month, contractor. Flexible for exceptional candidates.
Bonus: annual bonus at the founders' discretion, based on paid media performance.
Time off: 3 weeks paid per year.
Hours: full-time and flexible, around 8 hours a day in your timezone with at least 3 hours of overlap with US Eastern.
Start: a part-time start is possible while you transition out of your current role.
