Responsibilities for Social:
Manage campaigns from audience building and planning through development, execution, testing, analysis, reporting, and completion against client goals
Plan and oversee client advertising budgets across platforms
Set and optimize bids and budgets across platforms, placements, ad sets, devices, geographies, demographics, and audiences
Develop strategies to optimize conversion rates and maximize client ROAS
Identify and implement effective strategies across specific verticals
Develop and execute cohesive campaign testing strategies
Generate accurate internal and external reporting
Generate, QA, and troubleshoot pixels

Responsibilities for Search:
Manage campaigns from proposal through development, testing, execution, and completion against client goals
Plan and oversee client advertising budgets across platforms
Develop and refine keyword and audience targeting
Adjust bidding strategies based on performance and client goals
Analyze performance across search terms, ad copy, targeting, placements, and other segments
Develop relevant ad copy aligned with brand guidelines
Generate and test tracking methods and tools
Develop strategies to optimize conversion rates and maximize client ROAS
Implement campaign testing strategies
Generate accurate internal and external reporting

Qualifications
Knowledge and practical experience with paid social media advertising platforms
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros
Fluent written and verbal English
Knowledge of digital marketing, particularly Google Ads, is a plus but not required
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
Ability to work independently across competing priorities
Strong critical-thinking, analytical skills and a data-driven approach
23 years of experience managing paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, X/Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, and others
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media advertising, or user analytics
Readiness to work from 15:00 to 23:00 to ensure optimal overlap with US-based teams
