We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Payment Business Development Manager to join our international iGaming team.
You will be responsible for expanding our PSP network, identifying new payment solutions and developing long-term partnerships across global markets.
Responsibilities
Research global payment markets and identify new PSPs and payment solutions.
Identify and evaluate potential payment partners across different GEOs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with PSPs and payment providers.
Lead negotiations on fees, limits, risks and commercial conditions.
Coordinate legal, financial and technical terms with internal teams and PSPs.
Manage the launch of new payment methods from initial negotiations through to Production.
Coordinate PSPs with Integration, Product, Finance and other internal teams.
Develop existing partnerships and negotiate improved commercial conditions.
Analyze PSP performance, including conversion rates, fees and other key metrics.
Identify opportunities to optimize payment performance and reduce costs.
Monitor payment market trends and competitors and proactively suggest new solutions.
Requirements
Experience in Payment Business Development, PSP Management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of payment infrastructure and different payment methods.
Hands-on experience negotiating directly with PSPs and payment providers.
Understanding of payment needs and user behavior across different GEOs.
Experience negotiating commercial, legal, financial and technical terms.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with payment performance data.
Confident use of Excel / Google Sheets.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and drive projects in a fast-paced environment.
Would Be a Plus
Experience in iGaming / Betting / Gambling.
Experience with Mobile Money.
Experience working across multiple GEOs.
Knowledge of international payment markets.
Established network of PSPs and payment providers.
