We are hiring for our partners – a digital performance marketing agency specializing in user acquisition (players) for the online casino industry.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Acquisition Performance Manager to take ownership of end-to-end players campaigns in the online casino vertical.

In this role, you will develop players strategies, manage media budgets, test and scale marketing channels, and optimize campaigns based on real business results. The main focus is on acquiring high-value paying users and improving campaign profitability through data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute players strategies and monthly media plans.
Manage paid media budgets, allocate spend, and optimize campaigns based on performance.
Identify, test, and scale players channels, including ad networks, programmatic, native advertising, publishers, and sponsored placements.
Build performance forecasts, define target CPAs, and monitor key business metrics.
Work with analytics and technical teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and conversion measurement.
Analyze traffic quality, identify tracking discrepancies, and optimize campaigns for high-value users.
Brief, test, and optimize advertising creatives and landing pages across different channels.
Prepare weekly performance reports, share insights, and recommend actionable improvements.
Ensure marketing activities comply with advertising regulations and platform policies.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid players within the online casino industry.
Proven experience optimizing campaigns for business value and paying-players, rather than vanity metrics.
Hands-on experience with multiple paid Player channels.
Strong analytical skills and experience with performance forecasting and budget optimization.
Understanding of tracking and attribution tools, including server-to-server postbacks, UTMs, and attribution platforms.
Ability to evaluate traffic quality and identify discrepancies between advertising platform data and backend conversions.
Working knowledge of advertising platform policies and compliance requirements.
Excellent written English and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Success Metrics

Your performance will be evaluated based on measurable business outcomes, including:

Cost per acquired paying user.
First-Time Deposit (FTD) volume and value.
Retention and post-conversion activity of acquired users.
Efficient budget allocation between proven channels and testing.
Accuracy of conversion tracking and attribution.
