We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join a growing digital team focused on customer acquisition and lead generation in the US market.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong paid acquisition expertise with a practical, hands-on approach. You will be responsible for launching, managing, and improving campaigns across several advertising channels while continuously looking for opportunities to increase lead volume and efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing
Manage customer acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, Microsoft Ads, Taboola, Nextdoor, and LinkedIn.
Develop paid acquisition strategies for different services and target audiences.
Manage the complete conversion journey from campaign structure and targeting to landing pages, tracking, and lead generation.
Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions around budgets, creatives, audiences, and bidding.
Run ongoing experiments with messaging, creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures.
Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and acquisition costs.
Work with tracking and analytics tools to ensure accurate measurement and attribution.
Use AI and automation solutions to improve research, campaign production, analysis, and reporting.
Keep up with advertising platform changes and new acquisition opportunities.

What We're Looking For
Strong hands-on experience managing paid acquisition for US audiences.
Previous experience generating leads for local/service-based businesses, ideally industries such as home improvement, HVAC, roofing, solar, remodeling, or similar.
Proven ability to manage meaningful advertising budgets and generate leads consistently.
Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads; experience with additional acquisition channels is highly valuable.
Understanding of the complete lead-generation lifecycle, including ads, landing pages, tracking, conversion optimization, and lead quality.
Experience with Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, analytics, and attribution.
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Comfortable using modern AI tools as part of everyday marketing workflows.
Experience with CRM, marketing automation, or lead follow-up systems is an advantage.
