We are looking for a PPC Manager to own paid acquisition across the full funnel – from generating high-intent leads to driving SQLs and closed deals.
The main focus is ArboStar, our B2B vertical SaaS platform for the tree care and arboriculture industry. You will also support Tree Doctors, our B2C tree care partner in Canada, with local paid acquisition campaigns.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role reporting to the Marketing Director. You will manage paid media budgets directly, work daily in ad platforms, analyze performance, and own campaign optimization end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities
Manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, and platforms such as Capterra.
Own campaign setup, targeting, budgets, bidding, optimization, and scaling.
Track and optimize the full funnel from lead MQL SQL closed deal.
Work with GA4, Google Tag Manager, CRM data, and offline conversion tracking.
Analyze campaign performance and turn data into actionable decisions.
Run A/B tests and contribute to landing page optimization and CRO.
Continuously improve lead quality, acquisition efficiency, and pipeline generated from paid media.

Requirements
3+ years of hands-on PPC experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Bing Ads.
Experience with GA4, GTM, offline conversions, and CRM data.
Strong understanding of MQL SQL conversion and full-funnel performance.
Experience with CRO, landing page optimization, and A/B testing.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.
English B2+.
Self-directed, accountable, and comfortable owning performance end-to-end.

Nice to Have
Experience in vertical SaaS.
ABM or enterprise paid acquisition experience.
International or multi-language campaigns.
Experience with local-service/B2C lead generation.
