We are Proxy-Seller, a European product IT company providing proxy services for automation, parsing, marketing, and cybersecurity. We're looking for an experienced PPC Manager to join our growing marketing team and take ownership of our Google Ads operations across multiple international markets.

We expect that you have
2+ years of hands-on Google Ads management (Search campaigns are mandatory) on accounts with $20K+/month budgets
background in product companies (SaaS, tech, infrastructure products with subscription models), e-commerce, or service companies
proven experience managing international campaigns across multiple geographies and languages (English campaigns essential)
expert-level proficiency with Google Ads Editor, Google Keyword Planner, GA4, and GTM (conversion tracking level)
strong understanding of UTM tracking, conversion verification (Ads GA4 reconciliation), and analytics
B2 level of English

Your responsibilities will include
Manage Google Ads budgets, pacing, and campaign performance.
Monitor campaigns for anomalies, including CPC/CPA spikes, conversion drops, and suspicious clicks.
Regularly review search terms, add negative keywords, and optimize keyword targeting.
Set and adjust tROAS/tCPA targets, budgets, and bids.
Create and optimize RSAs and assets, including sitelinks, callouts, and images.
Ensure landing pages work properly and align with ad messaging.
Run A/B tests on ad copy, assets, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
Launch and optimize new campaigns, including Performance Max and Demand Gen.
Maintain naming conventions, UTM parameters, and tracking templates.
Reconcile conversion data between Google Ads and GA4.
