Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and manage Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, and Meta (will be a plus).
Identify and target key audience segments to optimize conversion rates and achieve cost-per-acquisition (CPA) goals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities for campaign improvement.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Adjust and optimize PPC campaigns based on performance data, utilizing A/B testing, bid strategies, and other techniques.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to maintain competitive campaigns.
Generate regular reports on PPC campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with SEO, content, and marketing teams to align PPC strategies with broader business goals.
Manage budgets effectively to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) for PPC campaigns.

Requirements:
2+ years of proven experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads.
Experience working with the US/EU and other English-speaking markets.
Deep understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads Editor.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
English proficiency Upper-intermediate or higher.
