ComeBack Mobility is a HealthTech company developing smart solutions for rehabilitation and recovery.
We are growing internationally and want to make our expertise and technology more visible to the healthcare and rehabilitation community.
We are looking for a PR & Communications Manager who can help us tell our story, build relationships with the right people and media, and strengthen ComeBack Mobility's reputation in international markets.

What you will do:

PR & Media Relations
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare, MedTech, HealthTech, and rehabilitation media.
Identify relevant media opportunities and pitch stories, expert comments, interviews, and company news.
Prepare press releases, media pitches, announcements, and other PR materials.
Monitor relevant industry news and identify opportunities for ComeBack Mobility to join the conversation.
Help coordinate interviews and media appearances for company representatives.

Content & Brand Communications
Create and manage content for LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
Develop stories around our product, customers, technology, research, and company milestones.
Work with the team to collect real stories, insights, and use cases that can be turned into strong communication materials.
Maintain a consistent tone of voice across external communications.

Events & Industry Presence
Research relevant healthcare, MedTech, rehabilitation, and technology events.
Identify speaking, media, partnership, and networking opportunities.
Support ComeBack Mobility's participation in conferences, exhibitions, webinars, and other industry events.
Help prepare presentations, speaker materials, and communications around events.

Partnerships & Community
Build relationships with healthcare professionals, industry communities, associations, and relevant organizations.
Look for opportunities for co-created content, events, webinars, and other collaborations.
Support communication with partners and help turn partnerships into meaningful brand opportunities.

What we're looking for
35 years of experience in PR, communications, content, or brand marketing.
Experience in Tech, HealthTech, MedTech, SaaS, or another technology-driven environment is a plus.
Strong writing skills and the ability to turn complex topics into clear and interesting stories.
Understanding of how B2B communications and LinkedIn work.
Experience communicating with media, experts, partners, or industry communities.
Strong English B2 for international communication and content.
Proactive approach, you can find opportunities yourself rather than waiting for a ready-made task.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

It would be a plus
Experience working with international media or markets.
Experience developing personal brands for founders or company experts.
Experience with healthcare, rehabilitation, or medical technology topics.
Experience organizing or promoting participation in conferences and industry events.
