Formulate and validate product hypotheses
Create design concepts and deliver final, production-ready UI mockups
Work with our design system and evolve existing components and patterns
Account for different user roles, states, edge cases and system constraints
Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, engineers and business stakeholders
Support design implementation and ensure product quality through later stages
Use AI tools and agents (Codex, Claude, Kimi, Gemini, etc.) to speed up research, design and prototyping

What we're looking for
3+ years of experience in product design
A portfolio of real, launched products we can see
Experience designing UI for SaaS, internal systems, admin panels or other complex interfaces
Autonomy: you're comfortable making design decisions without constant supervision
Ability to work fast and prioritise effectively
Experience forming product hypotheses and working with analytics
Strong Figma skills: Auto Layout, components and Variables are a must
Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility and common web patterns
Hands-on use of AI tools in your daily work

Nice to have

Experience running Design QA
Experience building design systems with Variables and atomic design principles
Experience with HRM/ATS or other HR Tech products
Experience with AI coding agents and generating interactive prototypes
