The opportunity
Own product development for a new Turkey-focused iGaming direction. You will turn local market and player insight into a product roadmap, guide work across teams, and use data to understand which changes improve the user journey and business performance.
This is an early-stage product opportunity with real room to shape priorities and ways of working. The project is being developed within an international iGaming holding, combining the pace of a new direction with the group's experience, investment, and resources.
What you will own
-Shape the product strategy and roadmap around business goals and the specific needs of the Turkish market.
-Build a practical understanding of Turkish player behavior, market mechanics, competitors, local payment options, and retention and monetization expectations.
-Own the backlog: prioritize opportunities, define requirements, and make acceptance criteria clear.
-Coordinate delivery across development, design, analytics, marketing, and operations.
-Guide feature launches and improvements from idea through release and post-launch review.
-Improve key parts of the user journey, including conversion, engagement, and retention.
-Define and monitor product metrics, use funnels and cohorts, and make decisions based on evidence.
-Form hypotheses, run experiments, and scale product changes that show a positive impact.
-Ensure the product experience reflects the needs of the Turkish audience.

What you bring
-3+ years as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a comparable product role.
-Experience owning a product or substantial product area, from priorities through delivery and results.
-Direct, practical knowledge of the Turkish market and its users.
-Strong product analytics skills: funnels, cohorts, experimentation, and A/B testing.
-Ability to translate business goals and user insight into clear product requirements.
-Experience coordinating stakeholders and delivery teams when -priorities or resources are constrained.
-English sufficient for work with an international team.
-Experience in an iGaming product is a strong advantage. Turkish language skills are a plus.
