Design native in-product triggers and contextual UI components that guide users from account creation to active trading habits
Own the product behavioral event taxonomy, ensuring clean, real-time data flow from trading terminals to analytical and operational backends
Partner with CRM and Marketing leadership so in-product experiences complement external communication campaigns

Requirements
5+ years of Product Management experience, including 2+ years as a Lead or Group PM managing lifecycle, retention, or growth products

Commercial mindset: focus on LTV maximization and product features that directly move the company's P&L
Ability to align domain PMs, Data Scientists, and Engineers around unified lifecycle OKRs with quantitative rigor
Exceptional collaboration with Marketing/CRM teams: providing clean data and triggers without stepping on their campaign territory
